1. Renter is responsible to refill fuel after used

2. Late assigned returning over 4 hours is accounted to 1 day rent  ,otherwise renter shall be pay 100 THB per hour

3. If renter terminates the lease after 1 hour, we will not refund the rent whether early assigned return, renter must be deducted 50%by the rental fee.

4. Renter must hold either international or Thai car  license which formulated by renter’s domicile by birth

5. Renter is necessary to be driving for the purpose of traveling or non-illegal business only.

6. If the renter or any other person has to bring car in relate with the illegal practices or break a regulation of the traffic officer whether any case the lessee shall be solely responsible.

7. Forbidden the renter delivery a car lease into circle lease whether giving someone.

8. If renter default on contract or one of all above lease agreement .Renter agrees to be withdrawn a deposited payment and make a prosecution for any damage

9. Smoke inside a car, Renter will be extra charged for cleaning program 1,500 THB
